Lost and Found

Contact the service center of the Nazareth transportation and tourism company at telephone *3553. It is recommended you pass exact information about: time, date, transport line where the said item was lost. After checking lost and found, the passenger will receive a message from a company representative. To receive it, you must have a travel ticket and identification.  

  • Upon delivery, it is requested that the passenger sign a deliver form including full name and identification of the one receiving the lost item.
  • If the owner of the lost item does not File A Complaint within 4 months of the day it is Lost, it will be given as a contribution in the presence of a company representative to a foundation for the needy operating in an official and organized manner or to Israel Police.

Baggage

Passengers may carry hand baggage with them for no extra charge, provided that the baggage does not cause damage or disturb passengers on the bus. Large bags and suitcases must be placed in the baggage hold without payment required in the following cases:

  • Bag and suitcase, provided they do not cause damage or disturb passengers.
  • Folded kids strollers and/or a folded stroller for handicapped.
  • Any baggage, such as musical instruments, packages, crates, bags, etc., as long as the baggage does not disturb passengers and is not placed in the aisles and entrances.
  • Narrow baggage (wooden rod, drawing roll) not exceeding 1 meter in length.

Animals

Passengers may board the bus with small animals that can be held on the passenger’s lap or hands.

A guide or service dog is permitted to enter the bus on condition that it is tethered with a leash. It can also enter without a muzzle or mouth restraint.
